Return policy

30-day return period for faulty goods:

We are confident in the quality of our products, and if you receive a faulty item, we offer a trouble-free returns process. You have 30 days from the date of receipt to start a return for any product that is considered faulty or defective due to manufacturing defects.

Products that have been exposed to misuse, accidental damage, improper handling, or disregard for product care instructions will not qualify for a return under this policy. Returns are only accepted for purchases made online at www.kaizendren.com or equivalent subdomains and are not accepted for items bought from third-party distributors.

To be eligible for a refund for an item without any defects: the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The product should also be in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.


Return process:

Please contact our customer support team at info@kaizendren.com to start a return. You will need to give information about your order, such as the order number and a clear explanation of the problem. We will help you with the return process and tell you what to do next.


Return shipping Costs:

After the product has been delivered, we cannot refund you for any shipping charges. For faulty goods returned within the first 30 days, we will pay for the return shipping within the European Union. But if you want to return a product that you have not used because you changed your mind, you will have to pay for the return shipping yourself.


Failed or missing delivery:

The package will be returned to the sender (Kaizendren) at the customer’s expense if the delivery of the package to the specified shipping address is prevented by the customer’s lack of cooperation (wrong or erroneous shipping address, absent receiver, etc.).


Inspection and Refund/Replacement:

When we get the product back, our skilled team will check it to see if it has the issue you reported. If we find that the product is faulty, we will do what you asked for: either refund you or send you a replacement. This process might take up to 7 days to finish.


Damages and issues:

Make sure you check and inspect all the parts when you open your Kaizendren products. If you find anything broken, missing or damaged, let us know as soon as possible and we will fix it for you.

You have 10 days from the day you receive the order to send replacement requests to info@kaizendren.com. We only accept replacement requests for manufacturing defects, broken and missing parts. We assume that any minor damage after the first 10 days is normal wear and tear because of the product’s nature.

The damage must affect how the product works. If the product is damaged on purpose, by accident or by misuse, we have the right to say no to the replacement.
