At Kaizendren, we offer our customers home delivery options with DPD/DHL courrier at checkout. You can see the delivery times for each country/region below.

It may take up to 2-5 business days from the day of dispatch or longer for international express shipping, depending on any issues or delays in your country. Sometimes, global supply chain challenges may also affect how long it takes to ship.

Failed or Missing Delivery:

The package will be returned to the sender (Kaizendren) at the customer’s expense if the delivery of the package to the specified shipping address is prevented by the customer’s lack of cooperation (wrong or erroneous shipping address, absent receiver, etc.).


Items Not Received But Tracking Shows Delivered:

We do not exchange or refund items that the delivery service has marked as delivered. Because of this, we always recommend that you choose a secure location for your packages to be delivered to. When the shipment reaches the address you gave, the delivery service will mark it as delivered. We suggest checking your mailbox, calling the delivery service, or contacting your local post office if you did not receive your order but it was marked as delivered.


Denied Packages from Customs:

We do not refund duties or import fees. Each customer has to pay their countries import fees and taxes. If you do not pay your duties and your order is sent back to us, we will refund you the purchase price amount minus all shipping/customs charges. The item has to be undamaged and re-sellable for the refund to apply. The exact amount will be emailed to you when we receive your returned amount.

Please note: we pay the shipping twice when a package is sent back to us. Once when we first ship it to you and once when we send it back. Both of these shipping costs will be taken out of your refund amount.
